The Following Terms & Conditions Apply To All Customers/Passengers Using The Services Of Ghumaakar Cabs For Hiring Vehicles.

  • By booking a cab with Ghumaakar Cabs, the customer agrees to comply with all the terms mentioned herein.
  • The use of our services is at the sole risk of the customer.
  • The customer shall pay applicable taxi fare as per the agreed pricing or rate card.
  • Additional charges may include:
    • Toll taxes
    • Parking charges
    • State taxes (if applicable)
    • Night charges (if applicable)
    • Waiting charges
  • Extra charges may apply for remote or outstation locations.

The customer agrees not to engage in the following during the trip:

  • Smoking or consuming alcohol/intoxicants inside the cab
  • Littering or damaging the vehicle
  • Misbehaving with the driver
  • Asking the driver to violate traffic or government rules
  • Overloading the vehicle beyond permitted passenger capacity

👉 The driver has the right to refuse or terminate the ride in such cases.

  • All vehicles are commercially registered and insured.
  • Drivers hold valid licenses and necessary permits.
  • Ghumaakar Cabs ensures professional conduct but is not liable for individual driver behavior.
  • Bookings must be made via official channels (call, website, WhatsApp, or app).
  • Cancellation charges may apply if canceled within a specific time before pickup.
  • No-show bookings may be charged as per minimum fare.

( A no-show happens when:

    • The customer books a cab
    • The driver reaches the pickup location
    • But the customer does not come / does not answer calls / cancels last minute)
  • Ghumaakar Cabs does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free service at all times.
  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ghumaakar Cabs shall not be liable for:
    • Any delays or failure to provide service
    • Missed flights, trains, or appointments
    • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
  • Customers are advised to take care of their own belongings at all times.
  • We will make a best effort to locate lost items but do not guarantee recovery.
  • Any complaints regarding lost items must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
  • For corporate clients, payment terms will be as per the signed agreement.
  • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Ghumaakar Cabs harmless from any losses, damages, or legal claims arising due to misuse of services or violation of these terms.
  • Ghumaakar Cabs may use customer contact details for booking and service-related communication.
  • Location data may be used for ride tracking and service improvement.
  • Customer information may be shared with authorities if required by law.
  • Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
  • Vehicles may be GPS tracked for safety and operational efficiency.
  • Ghumaakar Cabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prior notice in case of misuse, non-compliance, or safety concerns.
  • Ghumaakar Cabs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal (Asansol/Kolkata).
